In this video, Aaron joins the AL Brown cross-country team for the Tuesday evening training. temperatures are deep into the 90s and the training tonight will be a 3 x 1 mile repeat.  We will finish with two 400 m sprints. I labeled this workout, “show up and throw up“ 🤙🏻

Well, this is something I have waited for for many years. My 2 sons are running for AL Brown Cross Country and I am taking pictures and making videos for them. At this race, I took photos and captured the teams adventure in Boone NC (from Mr Beavers perspective)

In this video, Aaron Beaver turns 40 years old. He has a goal of running 40 miles for his 40th birthday but due to an ankle injury 6 weeks ago, there is no way his ankle is going to hold up for that long. He turned to social media and invited his friends to help him reach his goal. Each person that joins him on his run would remove 0.5 miles from his total goal of 40 miles. He was holding for a dozen but... Just watch and see what happened.
